1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and gd9 ("Platform", "we", "our company"). This document governs your use of all services, features, content, and functionality available on the gd9 platform at https://gd9.vin, including the gd9 mobile app for Android and iOS.

By accessing or using the gd9 platform — whether via a web browser, mobile app, or any other device — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to fully comply with these Terms. This acceptance is binding from the moment you first access the gd9 platform.

These Terms should be read together with the gd9 Privacy Policy and gd9 Responsible Gaming Policy, which also forms part of the overall agreement between you and gd9.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To register a gd9 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Residents or citizens in regions where registration and use of gd9 services is legally permitted.
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Never previously banned from using the gd9 platform.
• Not registering on behalf of any third party without written consent from gd9.

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at any given time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — even using different information — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. gd9 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time for verification purposes. Documents that may be requested include a national ID, passport, bank statement, and proof of residential address.

3 Fund Deposits and Withdrawals

Gd9 supports a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods popular among Malaysian players, including DuitNow QR, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, ShopeePay, and online bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

General deposit conditions:

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM10 unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion.
• Funds deposited into a gd9 account are intended solely for online gaming purposes.
• Gd9 does not cover any fees charged by third-party payment providers.
• Any deposit that fails to process must be reported to the gd9 support team within 24 hours.

4 Bonuses, Promotions and Special Offers

Gd9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each respective offer, and the following conditions apply generally to all gd9 bonus types:

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are for the personal use of the member only and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per new member.

Promotion abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players to manipulate rollover requirements, or using automation for bonus wagering — will result in cancellation of all bonuses and closure of the accounts involved.

5 Game Rules and Fairness

All games offered on the gd9 platform, including sports betting, online bingo, and casino games, are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified and audited by an independent party. This ensures every game round is completely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• Results generated by the gd9 system are final and is not disputable unless there is clear, verifiable evidence of a technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during gameplay, gd9 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the original bet to the player.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use automated software (bots), or manipulate games in any way is strictly prohibited and will be subject to action.
• Gd9 reserves the right to withhold payments suspected of involving fraudulent activity until an internal investigation is completed.

For sports betting, odds displayed are accurate at the time of display. However, gd9 reserves the right to void or adjust bets if a significant error occurs in odds determination due to a technical fault or incorrect information.

6 Prohibited Conduct

Gd9 platform users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Using false information, fraudulent documents, or another person's identity during registration or KYC.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the gd9 platform.
• Using third-party software, automated bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage in games.
• Abusing the gd9 bonus system, promotions, or special offers through unauthorized means.
• Conducting suspicious or unlawful financial transactions in violation of applicable Malaysian law.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward gd9 support staff.
• Attempting to access unauthorized sections of the gd9 system or carrying out any form of cyberattack against the platform.

7 Privacy and Personal Data Protection

• Gd9 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Gd9 is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or actions by authorities.
• Players are solely responsible for their own betting decisions. gd9 is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of betting activity.
• Any third-party links or content that may appear in a promotional context are the sole responsibility of the respective third party.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Gd9 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or system abuse.
• Failure to submit the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Voluntary account closure request by the member.
• Members register for the self-exclusion program through gd9 Responsible Gaming.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, gd9 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance and cancel all pending bonuses and winnings. For voluntary account closures, the net balance (after deduction of bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

10 Terms Amendment and Applicable Law
